Militay-Case

When equipment is being shipped to any members of our military, it is essential that the equipment arrives in pristine condition. If damage occurs to the equipment during transport, the results could be devastating. Those stationed on the front lines don’t have time to deal with malfunctioning equipment, it could end up being a matter of life or death. In order to prevent such damage from occurring, create your custom military case with interiors that protect your military equipment.
So what type of interiors should you consider for your custom military case?

Climate Controls
While we may not know exactly where some military equipment travels, it is safe to say that the environment is less than ideal . With such harsh temperature changes, it is important to protect your military equipment from the elements. Climate controls help to maintain a stable and ideal temperature within the custom military case to ensure that equipment inside is left in working order. Without these controls, extremely high or low temperature could cause internal damage to your equipment, rendering them useless upon arrival.

Foam Inserts and Liners
While those who handle your custom military case will try to do so with care, there is no telling what kind of conditions your case will be entering. Shocks to the case whenever serious movement occurs could not only damage the exterior of your equipment, but the internal workings as well. Foam inserts and liners will create an absorbent barrier between the case and your equipment to prevent damage from occurring during movement.

Rackmounts
Does your military equipment include computers? Rackmounts allow you to safely store your computers and other electronics safely within your custom military case without the fear of damage to the internal hard drives.

Benefits of the Rotational Mold

Rotational-Mold

The rotational mold is a production method for creating a plastic case. The procedure includes filling a mold with plastic, heating the plastic, and then rotating the mold slowly. The heat continues to melt the plastic while the rotation allows the heat to be distributed evenly to create a solid case. While some may not believe a rotational mold is the best way to create a case, they fail to realize the benefits that come from using a rotational mold.

• Cost-A rotational mold has a low cost to begin production and doesn’t increase by much as production continues. A rotational mold can also include other applications to the case like different colors and metal threads that won’t have to be added once the case has been created. Because the time doesn’t need to be used to add on these features, the overall cost of creating the case is cheaper than other mold options.

• Production- A rotational mold has a shorter production time in comparison to other mold options such as blow molding and injection molding. Production can begin with a rotational mold in about three months, where production typically begins after six months with an injection mold. This means you can produce twice as much with a rotational mold in comparison to an injection mold.

• Durability- Because of the way a rotational mold distributes the heat to the plastic, your case will have an even thickness in each wall. This means that your case will be able to handle more stress and activity in comparison to other plastic cases.

Choosing your Custom Medical Case

Friday, March 13th, 2015

Medical equipment is imperative in keeping us safe and healthy. Without the latest equipment and technology, illness and injury would be left untreated. Because of how important this medical equipment is to our society, shipping the equipment must be done with care and precision. One way to guarantee that your medical equipment is shipped properly is through a custom medical case.

A custom medical case can be created to ship your specific piece of equipment to ensure your equipment is protected. A custom medical case can also be fitted with a custom foam insert to help add another layer of protection to your equipment. While you want to protect the outside of your equipment, you should never forget about the inner workings of your equipment. If the wires or other workings become damaged, your medical equipment could be rendered useless once it reaches its destination.

Custom medical cases help prevent dirt and water from entering your case during transportation. A custom medical case can also be used to regulate internal temperatures within the case to keep your equipment working properly. If your equipment arrives damaged, someone’s life could be in danger. While custom medical cases may seem like an unnecessary expense, it could be the difference between life and death.
